GPE is organizing a talk on ‘Female Empowerment through Education’ hosted as part of the PxP Festival (Peace by Peace Festival), Europe’s largest festival for education.

As a partnership, GPE has committed to put gender equality and girls’ education at the center of its 2025 strategy. This includes the creation of the Girls’ Education Accelerator, GPE’s first thematic funding window designed to accelerate progress for girls in countries where they lag furthest behind.

The panel discussion will be moderated by YouTuber, Girls’ Education Activist and GPE youth leader Vee Kativhu. She will be joined by award winning journalist, human rights activist and filmmaker Düzen Tekkal, and Member of Parliament for the Greens (Bündnis90/Die Grünen) Jamila Schäfer.

The event will be conducted in English and German.
