Deepali is an Advocacy and Regional Partnerships Specialist at the Global Partnership for Education. She is focused on the Asia-Pacific region and based in Jakarta.

Prior to joining GPE she was the Communications Lead for a World Bank education project in Indonesia funded by the Australian Government. Deepali also worked at Global Health Strategies – a global health communications and advocacy consulting company – on a range of issues and campaigns (based in both New Delhi and New York). She started her career at ASER Centre, Pratham, working on the Annual Status of Education Report, the centre's flagship study on learning in India.

She has a Masters in International Relations, with a focus on development, from the University of Warwick.
